WEEKS 1-4

Foundation - building your base

Before we train hard, we need to get everything in order.
Week 1 is about understanding your body, your schedule and your starting point.

By the end of week 4, you have a training plan that fits your life, nutrition targets calibrated to your metabolism and the habits that make the next 8 weeks work perfectly.

By now your body has adapted to the foundation.

This phase is where we push - progressive overload is dialled in, the training gets harder in a structured way and nutrition is adjusted based on your real results from weeks 1-4.
Most clients see the biggest visible change here.
